Question
I am currently in an abussive relationship (I think) although he says its me that is the problem, we have been together 19 months yet is ex wife will take him back at anytime, he has cheated with her several times behind my back. He has had a bad past and blames that. How to I get free, my heart says I love him, my head says i am terrified she will get him back, and I can't handle the hurt. How do I leave and be srong enough?

Greetings.
I appreciate that you desire to break off from this relationship.He is not your man. He will one day leave you and go away.
Cut away mercilessly all contacts with him.
Engage in prayer, meditation and regular exercises.
Once in every 7 days go for a 24 hours seclusion, silence and fasting coupled with diligent prayers loudly to God every 3 hours(can take water only)
If you follow above steps you will be able to take the pain of separation easily and get over the pain soon
