QUESTION: How?  IE do you tell them that they have a disorder?...list the symptoms, and explain the circumstances? Try to empathize...How are personality diseorders treated?

Answer
Personality disorders are treated with therapy and/or drugs. If someone doesn't want treatment, telling them they are sick isn't going to help, especially if they have not been diagnosed. If they want help, send them to a psychologist or psychiatrist. Good luck.
