Question
 Hello,
If your spouse intentionally pushes you buttons by making  statements or accusations she knows infuriates you & gets a response she considers Abusive (Cusses on her , etc)  --- Is she not the Abuser ?
Darryl

Answer
if she said something to him that makes him angry, he may lash out or cuss in self-defense. That happens to me all the time with my family. They always say things to me that hurt my feelings, so I get angry and defend myself by cursing at them. People do get angry when other people push their buttons.

The answer is, if she is saying things to that make you angry, she shouldn't be doing that because she basically pulling your strings. Still, nobody should say terrible things to each other, whether it's done in self-defense or on purpose to hurt someone's feelings.
