Question
My company was brought by another company station in Ohio. They are told us we had to do direct deposit or we will not get our checks until Tuesday, we get paid Friday. Now they are saying we will not get check stubs we have to view it on the computer. Some employees do not have computers is this legal.

Answer
It is legal to send the stubs over the computer but each employee must have access to a computer. They do not have to have their own computer, but there must be a computer set up somewhere that they have access to in order to view and print their check stub.
