Question
I was wondering if there is a site for payroll deductions, e.g. SS, FICA, Medicare which are deducted from my paycheck.  I want to work three days per week instead of the traditional 5 days a week and would like to figure out how much of a difference it would be in my paycheck?
Thanks

Answer
Anna,
There are several calculators on the internet.  The one I use the most is at the following website:
http://www.paycheckcity.com/pages/advanced.asp

You can also go on the IRS.Gov site and pull a copy of the Circular E which is what is used by payroll to calculate payroll withholdings.

If you need more help with it send me the specifics (hourly wage and any deductions other than taxes, state you live in and I will help you figure it out.)
