Now when he left, they didnt pay his pension that he was putting in all his life, and didnt hve the guts to pay him his 2 weeks pay and vacation pay after he left. What should he do because this has to be illegal.

Answer
As I indicated in my earlier response, you should go to the local office of the United States Department of Labor - Employee Benefits Security Administration. They should be able to help you.

If for some reason they can't help, you will have to hire an attorney who is knowledgeable about labor law and ERISA.

Good luck.
