Question
I would like to know, if a company can hold my pension and hold my 2 weeks pay after being forced to retire.I would like to know who i would have to see, because i think this is very illegal. Thanks

Answer
I don't fully understand your question. However, if you believe the company is withholding money and a pension due you, you should contact the local office of the U.S. Dept. of Labor - Employee Benefits Security Administration. They should be able to help you.
