Question
How do I know whether my company has correctly calculated my monthly pension payment?

Answer
You question is not clear. Are you asking how much the monthly payment into your pension, aka the contribution, should be?  Or you asking how much you should receive as a monthly payment from your pension after you have retired"

If a contribution:
You will need to review the plan documentation to see how much the monthly contribution should be; not only the amount to be withdrawn from your paycheck but also the amount the company contributes.

If a payment received:
You should have reporting showing the amount of funds in your pension. As to how much you should then receive, it depends on the type of pension -- for your life only, for your life and you spouse's life, for a defined number of years?

The specifics of this are probably too much for this forum, you might have to contact someone local to your location, perhaps a CPA, for a more detailed explanation.

Ask a follow-up question if needed.
