Hi
Do you know where can I find a worksheet or instructions to perform the 2 kinds of discriminatory testing required for a Section 125 Flex Spending plan? I searched all over the IRS website and found Publication 15B which talks about the testing but doesn't explain how to do it.

I have the instructions for the discrimination testing. I am not sure how much you need and how to get it to you. I have 3 chapters in my manual on testing, maybe more. I have two books and the first book is 4000 pages, the second one is just as large.
I actually pay someone to do mine, but I have a book so I can check and make sure it is done correctly. I subscribe to updates so it is always updated.
You can purchase the book or service from EBIA Employee Benefits Institute of America. They also have seminars. I think it is through Thomson tax and accounting.
