Question
Hi I was was laid off from my work and would like to know if I can GET MY PENSION NOW. i AM 21 YEARS OLD THANKS
You can't get your pension without penalties until you are 591/2. If you have company pension you cannot get it until retirement age. If you have 401K you may be able to either get a loan on it or a hardship distribution. You would have to talk to your 401K administrator.
