OUR AT%26T BUSINESS OFFICE CLOSED IN APRIL OF 1989. I WAS ADVISED THAT OUR RETIREMENT WOULD BE HANDLED BY LUCENT TECHNOGIES. SINCE
THAT TIME I HAVE MOVED AND CHANGED MY NAME. HOW CAN I TRACK DOWN
HOW TO CORRECT MY INFO AND IF I'M STILL ENTITLED TO MY RETIREMENT
BENEFITS.
