Question
How difficult is it for an employer in MN to file a reciprocal form for an IN employee?  I am in this position (Indiana resident) and my employer to-be if refusing to file whatever reciprocity form that is needed.

Answer
What is a "reciprocal form" -- I have not heard of it.

I did  find the following:  http://www.gaebler.com/State-Income-Tax-Reciprocal-Agreements.htm  You will note that MN and IN do not have a reciprocal agreements for income taxes.

You may simply have to file income tax returns in both states.
