Question
Does being paid on the 15th and 30th of each month constitute bimonthly?  If so, what would be the paydates for February?

Answer
bimonthly which is also called semi monthly is being paid twice a month or 24 times a year.

The paydates are set and if they are the 15th and 30th than they will always be the 15th and 30th expect for February you may be paid on February 27th instead as there is no February 30th.
