Question
Hello,
maybe You can help me with pension question. i have worked in california for 3 years in 1958-61. i was paying my pension tax and never worked again in states. now i am 67 and wondering if i can get that money. i have usa passport. best wishes tim

Answer
What type of pension do you refer to?

Did you pay private pension or 401K? If so than you would have to contact the company that was responsible for the pension to collect your pension amounts.

If you are referring to FICA tax than I do not think you can be refunded those amounts.

Shirley
