Question
I worked at a company for 20 years and resigned to start my own business. At that time i removed my 401K, will i still get a pension from them when i retire, do i have to fill out forms. I am only 50 now. thank you

Answer
If you removed your 401K than you have no money left with the company. You will not receive a pension from the company. You will be allowed to draw social security at the age of old age retirement but not from the company. You will be drawing social security from the social security system.
