Question
If a workers does work in different state office for my compnay which states payroll should they fall under Do we need to account for both states.  

Answer
If the states have a reciprocal agreement with each other you would follow the rules of the reciprocal agreement.

If there is no reciprocal agreement between the two states you must collect and pay taxes to whichever state the work is performed in .
