Question
Can a manager change the recorded time by the timeclock without your permission or authorization?

Answer
The time can be rounded to the nearest 10 or 15 minutes this is permissible under law. If it is changed for any other reason it should be authorized by the employee. If it is being changed to prevent overtime it is a violation of the FLSA and should be reported to your nearest Department of labor as an FLSA violation.
