Question
Vacation Pay Balance and Vacation Pay Owed do not match.  Some employee records that are inactive have negative balances in their master records which are affecting the Vacation Pay Owed total.  How can I zero out the negative amounts in the master records?

Answer
That would be a question for your software provider if you are wanting to do it on the computer for your reports.

If doing it manually it would be the same as if it was lost or paid against the same accounts. Whatever your offset is for Vacation Pay.
