Taxes were deducted for both fed and tate of california

Where do I put the distribution and the taxes taken out on the Fed tax form and on the California tax form for 2009 personal income  taxes?

Please read the instructions for form 1040 line 16A (I believe)on the 2010 return and I believe the same on the 2009 return. Please review the equivalent line on the California return.

The income is a type of pension income.

The California forms are at http://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/search/index.aspx
