I am a student a Acca. (Association of chartered certified Accountants)
What are the career options ? Which career should i opt?

I encourage you to seek advice from a career counselor. This is not a good forum for this question.

With that said, there are a variety of options depending on your desires and aptitudes. Accounting is used in numerous ways in various industries and businesses. Doing this by email is difficult. Also the answer is likely  dependent in part on the country you are located in. I have some knowledge about the U.S.A. but none about Pakistan.
