Accounting, Payroll & Pension Issues/Wages mishap


Hello I worked for an employment agency for 3 days on week 1, and was paid the following Friday no problem,  week 2 I was placed with another employee who could not do the job to save his life. Three days later we were fired at the same time because of the mess the other employee made. I had three days work to come at $270. They did not pay me the following week and its not likely they are going to sign the time sheet. Have you any advice? Thanks.

You should probably talk to an attorney.

In addition, you should probably speak to someone with the state. That would likely be the department for labor or department for unemployment depending on the state.
