Question
I work for a company that took 401 deduction form my payroll but never deposited in the 401 account and now they say they have to budget it this has been going on since Sept 2006.Iam on diability at this time and want to know what can be done
This is an extremely serious matter. In effect the company has not paid you your entire salary. The local office of the U.S. Dept. of Labor -Employee Benefits & Security Administration will definitely help you. In addition, the company will have to pay various penalties.
