I'm doing research on Arthur Anderson, and i need your opinion in regards to what do you think were the common element in Arthur Anderson's approach that appeared to allow the disasters at Enron and WorldCom

They were greedy. They allowed the auditing business to be corrupted by the highly profitable consulting business.
