I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN OBTAIN A W-2 FROM GOODWILL INDUSTRIES AS SOON AS POSIBLE.

By law they have to give it to you by January 31. If you need it sooner, you have to ask the payroll department. They should be planning to send them out soon.
If you are trying to figure out a tax refund, plug the numbers in from your year end pay stub. Just double check the numbers from the W-2.
