Question
How much notice must an employer give when changing pay periods from weekly to bi-weekly?

Answer
The basic rule of thumb is that it should be enough notice not cause hardship for employees.

Many states that means a 60 day notice, given the size of the company. Most very small businesses are exempt from these regulations.

If you are the one doing it, make sure there is plenty of notice.

Good luck
