Question
What is the advantage of having "Payroll Account" printed on the face of the Paycheck? I work for a Public School system and have several employees still receiving a hard check opposed to direct deposit.
Once upon a time, when everybody got a check and they were written out, it helped sort out things.
The fact is most organizations keep at least 2 accounts, general and payroll. It is easier to keep payroll obligations away from the general account.
