Question
Hi I am doing a research and need you opinion regarding the following issue
Is It wise for a decision maker to take into account more than profit when making decisions that have a significant social impact.
Thanks

Answer
A company needs to consider all stakeholders when making a decision.

Profit is first and foremost. But if other social conditions are overlooked it could seriously effect profits in the long term.

Look at most major corporations and they will be touting how good of a corporate citizen they are.
