My friend quit her job at Amazon.com and she they are refusing to pay her for the last week claiming there is no record of her working. She says it is due to their spite from the separation. She has given up hope. What can I do to help her get them to pay her.

Contact the local office of the US Department of labor and the state's wage protection office. That's what it's called in my state, but every state has a division that helps in these spots.

Have names, dates, numbers and all your facts straight and go get them.
