Question
We're planning a outdoor party Oct 3rd 2009.  Can you please give me an idea of what the weather may be like?  We'll be in Redlands, CA....

Answer
Heather,

It is way too early to tell exactly what the weather will be like on October 3rd. However, I can give you some general climatology for that area at that time of year.
The normal high temperature is about 87, and the normal low temperature is 58.
Record high temperatures in early October are between 105 and 110, and record low temperatures are between 40 and 45.
That time of year is generally still the dry season, and so rain is unlikely to occur.
I hope this helped!

Sincerely,

Dave Dombek
