Question
Can you please explain Fairenheight vs figuring out the celsius equevalaint?Say if it was 29degree,s celsius what wouuld that be in Fairenheight degree,s ?Thank you.

Answer
Bradley,
Here is the conversion formula...

Celsius to Fahrenheit:
Take the number, double it, subtract 1/10th of what you get, add 32.  If you don't do any rounding, this will give you the exact conversion.

For example: 35 Celsius, doubled is 70, subtract 1/10th to get 63, add 32 to get 95 Fahrenheit

Fahrenheit to Celsius:
Take the number, subtract 32, cut it in half, add 1/10th of what you get, round upward.  This is an approximation that I just made up.  It will generally be correct to the nearest degree, but occasionally might be off by one degree.

For example: 90 F, minus 32 is 58, cut in half is 29, add 1/10th to get 31.9, round upward to get 32.

I hope this helped out...

Sincerely,
