What's the weather like in Istanbul in July - average high
and low temperatures?

Dear Floyd and Betty:
   The normal high temperature in Istanbul runs from 79 on July first to 81 on July 31.  The normal low runs from  62 on July 1 to 65 on July 31.  Rainfall averages about 1.30 inches.    So, it is relatively dry.  Normally it will rain only only about 5 days out of the month.   So, you can expect lots of sunshine which is tempered by the proximity to water to the north and south.
