Question
I bet you get this a lot...*no pressure*
I am trying to schedule an outdoor wedding possibly in the first 2 weeks of
October of 2007 in the Rapid City/Belle Fourche area in South Dakota.
As you know SD is hot one day and snowing the next, so we are just trying to
see what weather hints  you can give us for that timeframe.
Thanks for your help!!!

Answer
Hayley,

For the first two weeks in Ocober in the Rapid City area, the NORMAL high and low drop from 69/40 on the 1st to 63/35 on the 15th. It can and does still get hot at that time of the year. The RECORD highs are generally in the low to mid 90s. However it can and does get cold from time to time. The RECORD lows during that period are as low as 13 and and as high as 26. October is usually a dry month in Rapid City, with rain (or some other form of precip) occurring only about every four or five days.

I hope this helped!

Sincerely,
