Question
I have a solid wood ukulele that i recently received from hawaii. I know you normally deal with acoustic guitars but I was wondering if you could answer this question. I live in Massachusetts and it can be very dry with the heat running all winter. is an in case humidifier necessity? and if so would a one made for a guitar work? Thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi Joshua,

Yes, you will need a case humidifier. Any one made for guitar, except the round sound hole one (a uke sound hole is smaller than the round humidifier made for guitars.

Planet Waves makes one that you slide in between the strings and into the sound hole, that would work well.
