Acoustic Guitars/Yamaha FG-335

Question
Mahanama,

I have a Yamaha FG-335 serial # 00118384.  It is in good condition for it's age with just a few small scratches in it.  What would you recommend I begin the sale price with?  Thanks.

Eric

Answer
Hi Eric,
Assuming you are talking about online auction, I think you would be able to begin around $200, maybe a little less and see if you might be able to get upto $300? These prices would be for a guitar with no warping of the neck, no cracks, no structual damage etc
Thanks

Hello I can answer most question on anything to do with Yamaha acoustic guitars, as well as a range of other Japanese made vintage acoustic and classical guitars. As a collector and trader I have a pretty good knowledge of trends and current values. As a said, Yamaha's are my area of specialty, particularly any made at the Nippon Gakki, or Japanese factory.
