Answer
It looks like a decent guitar in the pictures, and the specs are nice. I have not heard of them before. But, what they have done, is gotten an asian factory to make guitars with their name on them. Then they sell them in their store, and online. The price is right, that's for sure. My fovorite guitar I have, is my Rogue I paid $119.00 for brand new. I love it. SO, I would say, if this really caught your eye, go for it...  If you want a smaller body though, because that is a dreadnought, same as my Rogue, and I sometimes wish it had a smaller body, then Rogue now makes a concert size, acoustic Electric, that looks nice...

Rogue can be purchased from Musicians Friend...

The Dreadnought cutaway is the one I own, it is onsale now. The Grand Concert is one I might pick up soon, because the size is nice.

     Hope this helps...
