i have had tinnitus, veritgo, floating feeling bad when i am drivivg.walk into walls sometimes.train noise in my ears.headaches.my dr. gave me 3 different rounds of abt and it did not help!!it is terrible to live with this!!!!can u help?could i have a brain tomor?

Answer
Unfortunately, with these symptoms, a brain tumor is possible. There may be other reasons, such as side effects of some medication, or an inflammation of some nerves in the skull.  Since your doctor could not help you, please make sure that they refer you to an experienced neurologist or a neurosurgeon, so they can diagnose your problem.
