Question
Hello Doctor!

Its been one month now I am having dizzyness. Let me give you some history how it started. One month back I didnt have my meal all day. In the evening before going to sleep I had a big burger with french fries after having them I was unable to digest and Could'nt able to burp. I had eno and some herbal medicine made of mint. I started to burp but felt the same heavyness and uneasyness on upper part only the thorat and chest. When i went to sleep I had spinning dizzyness and my all body started burning and numness at the left portion of my head. I was rubbing it to make sure the feeling exist. I went to to Hospital ER. They put some drip, took ECG, Blood sugar test eveything was normal but dizzyness was still there.  I came back home and after 2 hours I had same feelings numness on my head, cold finger tips, whole body burning. I went to Hospital again and Doctor diagnose that its Hypertension & Anxiety. I am feeling same dizzyness its been one month now. I went to Internal Medicine Specialist. I took CBC,ALT,Creatinne and FBS/PPBS tests also neck Xray, everything was normal.  He gave me some sleeping pills only. Then he gave me Betaserc to take for a week, the first dose i took made it increased the dizzyness then the doctor asked me to make CT Brain. My Ct brain is Fine. Can you please help me answer whats wrong with me. I have following sytoms.

Answer
It is possible you have something wrong with the nerve system or with the vascular system (blood vessels) in the head, such as an infection or an inflammation.  I note that one specialist you have not seen is a neurologist; I also note you have not had an MRI.  It is my suggestion to see an experienced neurologist who would know what to look for, and would be able to order an MRI.
