ANSWER: Hi there, Ajoke:)...Thanks for writing.

What do you mean by aging yourself?  Are you talking about how to apply makeup to age you or are you talking about body movement and actions?

QUESTION: its not makeup its more body movements and actions

Answer
Thanks for writing back.

I'm assuming that this is for a show and that you are working from a script, right?  If so, here are some thoughts:

The first thing to do is to look into the script and see if there are any tips for you from there.  Usually you can tell from the script what sort of person they are or if they have any particular habits or a certain personality that gives clues to their physical nature.

The next thing to do become very familiar with what it is that they are trying to accomplish (the action verb).  What is the verb to describe your goal in each section of the play?  This will also give you clues as to what sort of physical nature the character has. - Are there gestures or habits or movements that would help the character attain what they are wanting?

The key to action and movements that are believable is that they have to come from somewhere.  In other words, there has to be a reason for them other than "I want to look older."  They either come from their objective or from their nature as described and clued in the script.

Does that help you?
