Question
i work at a High school in Khujand, Tajikistan and our school attends competitions among cities of Tajikistan where my students need to play a sketch(drama) in English language and hopefully win a place. it just needs to be interesting, may be a lil bit educational and fun. the sketch should take more than 5 minutes. the problem is i don't have any sketch now and i don't know what they will perform, have you got the text of any ready sketch? if so would you send it please? Thanks much,, Shahlo Islomova,

Answer
Hi there, Shahlo...And thanks for writing.

The best way to find sketches is to Google "drama sketches" or look on Amazon to find sketches.  You will be able to find resources of copyrighted materials that you can use.  If you are looking for sketches that contain a certain number of students, you may want to look in your local library for sketches because usually a library contains information about how many males and how many females are in the sketch.

The other way to insure you have a sketch that all your students can do is to write one.  It takes time but it is also a great exercise.

If you want to do this kind of thing regularly, it is essential that you search for resources and have them available to you.

Does that help even a little?
