Question
Hello!

My name is Lacy and I am audition for Threepenny Opera soon in Nevada. I am going for the role of Mrs. Peachum. I have an alto/mezzo-soprano voice and am having trouble finding a good song. Help! I would prefer a song by Weill. Thanks!

Lacy

Answer
Hi there Lacy...and thanks for writing.

Congrats on The audition.  The best thing for you to do is for you to go to The library and listen to Weill.  Then choose The song that you like and relate to best and do your best to prepare.

Does that help you?
