Question
I have done alot of research on classic Basso Profundo singers. It seems most are Russian or European. Peter Cage, Vladimir Pasuikov, Yuri Wichniakov, and Michael Zlatopolsky for example have what in many followers of the art believe un-comparable ranges --- the latter two boarding not human. Your thoughts on this.

Answer
Hi there, Mit.   And thanks for writing....

I would say that yes...these individuals have incredible talent and are absolutely astounding when it comes to their capacity and ability to sing and to  express with power and accuracy.  I believe that there is a truer love for the classics in the Russian and European cultures - moreso than here in North America.  And that that is why we see people like these individuals you mention coming forth from there.  There is still a true appreciation for the classical works and careers.  The idea of having a career in Hollywood or Broadway or popular music is attractive to people there.  However, there is a recognition of the classical options as being something of great value as well.

Thanks for asking.
