Acting in Plays, Singing/comedy male/female duet

Question
Yes the duet is male/female. Thankyou for your advice so far. I somehow feel I should do something "better" than last time but it is very difficult. Your suggestions are excellent there is a very good chance we will be performing one of them.
I should appologise, the song was called "goodness gracious me!". "Oh Doctor I'm in trouble" was just the first line. For your information the song was released to promote the movie The Millionairess. It was recorded by Peter Sellers and Sophia Loren, and most people seem to know the chorus which goes "Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy, Boom Boom BOOM. Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy, Boom Diddy Boom, Well Goodness Gracious Me!"

Thank you once again
Matt.

-----Question-----
Last year a friend and I performed "oh doctor I'm in trouble" Sellers/Loren style at a charity show to raise funds for our local hospital. It was very well received and we have been asked back as the headline act!!
I am having great difficulty finding  an equally suitable song, it should be amusing primarily and medical if possible but I am stuck. Any ideas gratefully received.

Thank you, Matt

Dear Matt,
Your question brought a broad smile to my face, pretty specific a request, isn't it! I have to be honest, I haven't heard of the song 'Oh Doctor I'm in Trouble'.  Sadly, I don't think any suggestion I make will be as ideal as that choice of number. My all time favourite comical duet is 'Friendship' from 'Anything Goes'. The song 'I Remember it Well' is another great comical choice.
Before I give any more recommendations, I just realised that I am picking male/female duets, which was an assumption I made. Is the person you are dueting with male or female?
In the meanwhile, if you want a good starting point, I would look through some old music hall songs, there may be something relevant within them that will fit the bill nicely.

Answer
Dear Matthew,
No problem. There is always pressure to top your last performance, I don't think that should sideline what you are trying to achieve though. I don't know where you are from (i.e. what sort of humor your audience will appreciate) but over here (in London, England) there was a musical called Acorn Antiques that contained a couple of very funny male/female duets. Two recent shows that contain funny suitable duets are 'That Face' from the Producers and 'The Song That Goes Like This' from Spamalot. It's also worth thinking about altering lyrics to suit your audience (hey if it's good enough for Liza and Barbra....).
Hunting for an excellent 'comical medical male/female' duet is going to be like finding a needle in a haystack and whilst I wish you much luck in your quest I do worry what you'll do if they ask you back again next year. My advice would be, find something you feel comfortable with and then practice is until you know you'll perform it really well on the day.
Good luck!
