Acting in Plays, Singing/"crossdressing" in a play

Question
I am a 14 year old girl playing a young man's part. He's sort of cool but a little bit romantic. How do I play a guy?

Answer
Watch the way guys act.  Not only what they do, but how they move, how they walk, how they sit, how they relate to each other and to girls.  Don't worry about your voice.  At 14, boy's voices often will sound the same as girl's.  Spend some time someplace where you can watch one particular boy for a long time unnoticed - in the library, the cafeteria, a mall, etc and make note (write down) little things about their movements and their behavior.

Good luck.
