Is the recent movie,Around the World in 80 Days, a complete summary of the book.If you haven't read the book,I'll understand.

Hi, well I havent read the book but I can tell you that I highly doubt that the recent Around the World in 80 Days with Jackie Chan was anything but a complete summary. Because alot of the stuff doesnt look like it would have fit into the time that the book took place in. Such as Jackie Chan's fighting doesnt seem like it would have fit. Or the slinky. But I havent read the book so I cant really say for sure. Sorry I cant help further and sorry for my lateness
