Question
See if you can settle a marriage long arguement. Is there an octopus in any copy of the Goonies? I say I've seen the movie on TV WITH THE OCTOPUS IN IT. Plus in the very end Data is being interviewed and he says "The octopus was weally scarwy!" My husband says it was never there and that was just a mistake in the script.
God, I hope I don't cause a divorce here, but there WAS an octopus scene in The Goonies on some TV versions. I think the Disney Channel version supposedly has it. It's legendary. One of the big demands for the DVD is that they include the octapus scene. And I do believe Data refers to it at the end.
Conversely, there were no Goonies in the 007 movie Octapussy.
