hello i have been a starwars collecter since i was abo9ut five and recently my father gave me all of his own figures now the collection is incomplete but were could i get more of the figures i am looking for and also i make diorama type things wit4h them and i have to hide that when friends come over unless they collect to so how could i get over being embarrased about this stuff and also theres a website called owenscustoms.com you may wann check it out its really cool thank you
Hello back! The site I use to detail and chronicle any collection if I get stumped is mostly Rebelscum.com. There I can find any figure or vehicle from the Vintage to most recent. Has a great photo archive to make sure any weapons or accessories are correct. When finding items, figures or vehicles to fill any holes in a collection I find Ebay to still be the most plentiful. I am a graduate and self studied/taught expert in answering specific questions about vintage Star Wars and GI Joe figures, vehicles and misc. collectables. The reference to Star Wars 'vintage', to me, refers to the items which appeared from 1977 to 1985. Notice this also refers to the elusive items which were produced for the two cartoon series productions. 'Vintage' GI Joe items include only the 12 inch / 1:6 height variety produced proir to 1980. In most cases I should be able to identify an item by description. For approximates on value I of course would need some decent photos.
