Question
How can I tell whether a Star Wars action figure weapon is original or a reproduction? Are all blue weapons reproductions?

I worked at Kenner during this time, but I'm sure alot of bootlegs.

I've seen alot of re-casts and copies.

But as my Resume says, I don't keep up with collectibles.

Any body can make copies in any color.

Only thing, when we made prorotypes, we used finishing nails.

We cut these off to use pins for legs and arms.

So, when I saw some people selling "prototypes" at a Toy Collector show, and they where resin (poly Urethane) pins, I knew they where not real.

So, Just make sure you know and trust the dealer you are buying from.
