I would very much like to know some of those various techniques and secrets in counter-strike. If you got some help to a semi-new cs player, it would be appreciated.

Tips for CounterSTrike

> when not in combat or not close in combat, put out your knife instead of your primary or secondary weapon, this gives you an advantage of speed- getting to battle point quicker. Prepare using switch button to switch from primary to secondary in case you need to reload, you can just switch.
> When it comes to defusing bomb, press TAB button repeatedly, for quicker defusion
> When planting a bomb, be sure, you have a backup....since bomb sites are commonly found in Counter terrorist territory, you need extra protection. When planting bomb, put it in hard-to-reach place, like in De_dust, put it on top of boxes. good technique to protect bomb defusal, is to crouch on a corner parallel, facing the bomb and not the opposite, or you're an easy target
> Have flashbangs ready- best used at middle of battle- not at first encounter- it won't be effective
> Use smoke grenade across sniping points to avoid snipers chasing their crosshairs on u, when sniping...also good to use as a distraction (opponent will be confused at where active area is, causing them to look that way instead of your position
> Be patient- don't attack right away if you're outnumbered...itz good to crouch at a corner where people pass by but unexpected. Never overdo this or they'll know your habits- change your routes- never be predictable
> When it comes to hostage missions, if terrorist, take hostage at open area- this would increase the possibility of them shooting the hostages at crossfire. You can make them as shield....they would be more cautiious to use a grenade. When counter terrorist, never focus on ur hostage rescue objective; instead, try to force terrorists out of their base and ambush them in twos- or a sniper from far point while a close-range trampler in front with a backup- but never be in the same line- the closer you are to your teammate; the more parallel, the easier snipers would take you down.
