Education/Credentials Doing my 2nd year engineering currently.
Question Whenever I start my copy Of RTCW I get an error "Couldn't Load Default.cfg". I have not installed it into the root Directory and I have even tried two or three suggestions I found on various forums, still no luck. When I run The multiplayer version of the game it does start but everything is blurry and the icons are illigible. Today I found that one of the files in the main directory sp_pak3.pk3 was smaller in size then the file of the same name in my compact disk. I tried to copy it but I get a read error. Can you tell me where I can download This file?
Answer dont worry about the pk3 file. it may have removed some files while installing. the cfg file is not readable which is the problem. if you copied it from somewhere, then try to make the cfg file as not read only, if that too doesnt work, try re installing the game.
