Practice is the best way to improve your skills. Play with players who are slightly better than you and you will learn a lot. Always aim for the head and keep your eyes on the target not the cross hair. 15)   I have also been searching for way to improve aim, but i guess it comes with a lot of practice and experience. I have however, found a flash game that is close to counter strike as in it uses similar weapons and head shots count so it's good for practising your aim.
