Hello Srini,
I have been using a Citizen CBM 1000 Parallel interface  Point of sale printer ( seriel no (not model no)    0010164 ) with a point of sale program bought separately from an internet vendor. Program works fine but sometimes  printer is not doing it's job correctly

1)It is not printing any  reports such as   repots at the end of day summary
2)   
A) Whenever I print a sale receipte it is too long minimum 16 centi meter  long . I want to reduce it to around 10cm.
B) Bottom and top margins are too long too,
C)Gap between some lines need to be reduced
C) Charactors are all same size    I want to change the size for few particular lines  like  Bussiness name , Sub total Etc

This  printer  is not in the printer folder  (My computer >Control panel > printer ) either. and therefore I can not change any thing at all.

When I print self print by switching the power on while pressing feed button, it reads

All I can change is 2 set of dip switches each contains 8 dip switches.User manual downloaded from citizem web site is not helping  me at all

hi Siva

1.  Regarding the reports.  Do you have the reports pages?  If the software don't have that kind of code, you won't get it.  

2.  Regarding the adjustment, I don't think so you can adjust the paper size... Its been controlled in your POS application.. Can you check on your code where it specify the paper size etc...

I don't think so you can control from your printer..
